At J3 Scrubs we offer the  embroidery on scrub tops, scrub pants,m and lab coats. Below is some information on how we do our embroidery

Embroidery Pricing:

Lettering (i.e Names, Titles, Designations) - R50

Logos - R50

Format and style of embroidery ? 

Our recommendation is to do all lettering in capital letters. We can also keep the first letter of each word as a capital letter. We use a block font. You can view pictures in our gallery

What do we embroider on scrubs? 

Lettering - This is names, titles, company names and anything else that you would want to embroider on your scrubs using alphabets. Lettering is done in white with the exception being white scrubs and white labcoats where we embroider in black. If you would prefer another colour, please let us know

Logos - We can put your personalised business logo or university logo. There is a once of design fee of R200 for designing the logo.  

Where about on the scrub top do we put the embroidery? 

We embroider on the left chest of scrub top above the top pocket.

Should you want your logo and name. We can put the name below the logo or on the alternative side. Let us know on the additional details of the product when ordering scrubs. 

Logos can also be embroided on sleeves of scrub top or in the back of scrub tops. We can also embroider on the pants if you would like additional branding

When are design fees for logo not charged? 

If we have already digitized the logo, then we will not charge you the design fee. Message us we will let you know if we already have this logo digitized. We currently have the following logos already digitized - All South African university logo's. 

Can we do embroidery on pattern scrub tops? 

Yes. We recommend putting a block around the embroidery of lettering and logos on pattern tops. This block is also known as applique. This is to ensure the detail of the embroidery does not get lost in the pattern. Should we find a spot in the scrub top that does not need applique then we just embroider as normal without the applique 

What if the logo and scrub top is the same colour? 

If the scrub top and logo is the same colour, then we recommend putting a different colour block underneath the logo that will make the logo stand out. 

What do we need sent to us for the logo to be digitized? 

We need a clear image of the logo emailed or whatsapp'd to us.

Time for embroidery 

How long does it take for embroidery to be completed? 

It can take between 2 & 5 days for embroidery to be complete.
