Once your order is placed, your garments will take between 3-9 working days to be posted to you, however, time frames will be affected should we run out of stock at the time of ordering, and this will be communicated to you.
Delivery days are based on the option you choose:
- Door to Door - Your garments will be sent to you via Fastway Couriers. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days, allowing 2 extra days for outlying areas.
- Pep Store to Pep Store (Paxi Delivery)- This is 7 to 9 working days. It is often quicker, but this cannot be guaranteed.
A working day is Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
Alternatively, your garments can be collected from our store in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. You'll be notified when your order is ready.
