- No refunds or returns on used scrubs.
- No refunds or exchanges on scrubs with embroidery.
- Returns or refunds must be done within 7 days only if scrubs are visibility defect.
- No refunds or returns due to tears because the scrubs were tight. We encourage to take a relaxed fit and not to tight so as to avoid micro tears
- Exchange for the correct size is possible based on points 6 to 8 below.
- Exchanges due to size will be having to be returned at your courier cost. Exchange will be done once the existing has been received.
- Should the exchange for size be for a higher priced scrub set then the balance will have to be paid and cleared before scrubs are delivered. Should the size exchange result in a lower price we will refund the difference via standard eft.
- No returns for alterations. All scrubs are standard sizes as per size guide.
