- What sizes of scrubs do you have? Our sizes range from XXXS, XXS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, 6XL, 7xl. We also keep kids scrubs for career day and school projects.
- What if I can't find my size? We make scrubs with custom measurements such as extra length and width if you can't find your size from our existing stock. These are made on order
- Are the pants elasticated at the bottom by the ankle. Yes our pants are jogger pants and have elastic at the bottom. Also known as cuffed pants. We also offer straight pants on order.
- Can i take a different size on the top and pants? Yes you can choose different sizes on the scrub pants and scrub top. You will need to whattsapp us your order for this as the website only has it for the same size on the pants and the top.
- Do you make straight pants? Yes we make straight pants on order. Please whatsapp us your order if you would like straight pants.
- What material do you use? Our scrubs in stock are made of a polyester blend material. We also offer scrubs in stretch, microfiber and linen fabrics. See our post on the fabrics we used in the same section as this post.
- How long does it take for embroidery? Embroidery takes between 3 to 5 working days. It could be quicker than the agreed time however to be safe we provide the 3 - 5 day timeline for embroidery. This is for all lettering (i.e names, titles and any other print using alphabets).
- How many pockets on the scrub top and scrub pants? The scrub top has 3 functional pockets. 1 on chest for pens. 2 at the bottom from the hem to the waist The scrub pants has 2 deep pockets at the front. The only exception for pockets is the pattern & printed tops where there is no pen pocket on the scrub top. This is to ensure the detail of the pattern is not lost.
- Do you have scrubs in stock that are readily available? Yes we have scrubs available in stock. A wide variety of colour's and sizes are readily available to choose from. Should we not have your required size or colour in stock we will make on order
- Do you have a physical store. Yes we have a physical store in Durban. Our address is 35 ZK Mathews Road, Glenwood. On Google maps you type in 'J3 Scrubs' and we will pop up.
- Do you have scrubs for kids for career day and school projects. Yes we have kids scrubs in various kids sizes and colour's. The scrubs are 330 each. We also keep stethoscopes at R200 each. Kids labcoats and doctors coats at R300. See our category on the products for career day scrubs. Optional embroidery also available for kids scrubs.
- What other products do you sell? On addition to scrubs we also sell labcoats,, stethoscopes and scrub hats.
- What are your prices of yours scrubs. Our scrubs are R330 from sizes three extra small to extra large and R430 from 2XL to 7xl. Our prices are the same since 2020.
- Do you offer embroidery. Yes we also offer embroidery printing at R50 per top. This is for names, titles or anything else you would like to print on the scrub top or pants. We also do all university logo's.
- I need loops and buttons on my scrub top for my epaulets? We add on loops and buttons on the top for additional R50.00
- Is our scrubs unisex? Yes all our scrubs are made unisex . The scrubs fit both males and females
- What is the shipping and returns policies? We have detailed policies on both. You can find the links to these policies at the bottom/ footer of the website.
